Training Courses and Options

Training

No matter how carefully job applicants are screened, typically a gap remains between what employees do know and what they should know. Training is needed to fill this knowledge gap.

Our range of training options cover the important topics and skills that your employees need in order to build your organisation into a leader in its field. Training content is built around the job holders day-to-day activities and designed to add value to the job role and build on existing personal development plans.

TQM Solutions offer a service to suit your individual company requirements. You can select a single course and we will customise the content for your individual company procedures, policies and terminology. Training can be delivered at your own premises, or we can arrange an off-site venue if required.

If you select multiple courses, TQM Solutions will creating a unique Training Programme for your company and will monitor individual participants by delivering follow up feedback or reviews in the workplace.

Training Option 1 - The Complete Package

TQM Solutions will provide you with a trainer and all the materials that are required to deliver the course at your premises or we can arrange an offsite venue if preferred.

We can also include follow-up support in the workplace if required

Training Option 2 - Materials Only

A complete set of materials to deliver the course, which includes:

Trainer Guide and Training Delivery Notes, Delegate Handouts, Customised exercises, PowerPoint Presentations (or OHP if preferred), Promotional Materials and TQM Solutions telephone support

Training Option 3 - Train the Trainer

Train the trainer is offered on a one-to one basis. The course is customised for the individual and covers the following elements:
